Keep your strap fresh and performing at its best.

  • Remove the tracker before cleaning.
  • Elastic/Nylon Bands: Hand-wash or machine-wash cold in a mesh bag; close any hook-and-loop before washing. Air-dry flat.
  • Magnetic Mesh Bands: Wipe with a damp cloth after workouts; dry thoroughly. Avoid saltwater and harsh chemicals.
  • Do not bleach, iron, or tumble-dry. Store dry and out of direct sun.

Returns / Exchanges Policy

  • We operate a no-returns policy.
  • We only replace items that are damaged on arrival (DOA).
  • To request a replacement, email support@everythingstraps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and the shipping box/label.
  • Items must be unused and include all original packaging.
  • We cover return shipping for approved DOA cases.
  • Not eligible: change-of-mind, sizing/fit issues, normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse.
  • If the exact item/color is out of stock, we’ll offer a like-for-like replacement or store credit of equal value.
