1. Are your straps made specifically for the Amazfit Helio?
Yes. EverythingStraps™ was built around the Amazfit Helio strap problem — standard bands are often too short or too plain. Our straps are engineered to fit the Helio perfectly, while also offering better comfort, durability, and style than the stock options.
2. Will your straps fit my Amazfit Helio sensor?
Absolutely. The Amazfit Helio uses a 22mm lug width, and all our straps are designed with this exact specification. If you have the Amazfit Helio, our straps will fit without any extra adapters.
3. Can I wear the Amazfit Helio strap on my bicep instead of my wrist?
Not yet — but we’re working on it. Many athletes prefer bicep wear for more accurate tracking and comfort during training, and that’s exactly why we’re developing an extra-long Amazfit Helio strap tailored for the arm.

5. Are the straps sweat-proof and waterproof?
Yes. Our Amazfit Helio straps are built to handle intense workouts, sweat, and water exposure. We recommend rinsing after heavy use and letting them air dry for maximum lifespan.
6. How do I install the strap on my Amazfit Helio?
It’s simple. Each strap comes with a quick-release 22mm spring bar. Just slide out your old strap, align the pin, and click the new strap into place. No tools required.
7. Do your straps come in different colors?
Yes. We’re committed to breaking away from boring designs. Our straps are available in bold, vibrant colors and sleek finishes — so you can match your Amazfit Helio to your style, gym gear, or personality.
8. Do you ship Amazfit Helio straps internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping options are displayed at checkout.
9. What if my Amazfit Helio strap doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
We currently do not offer returns, but if your strap arrives broken or defective, we’ll gladly exchange it for a new one. Just contact us with your order details and proof of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
10. What are your international shipping times?
We ship via SingPost Airmail – Package (≤2 kg). Times are working days to major cities. Tracked = Registered Service and typically adds ~2 working days.
