Refund & Replacement Policy

EverythingStraps sells third-party replacement straps and accessories designed to be compatible with wearable devices such as the Amazfit Helio and Whoop trackers. We want to ensure customers receive products in good condition and that any genuine issues are resolved fairly.

Please read the policy below before making a purchase.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping costs, EverythingStraps does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or sizing preference.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Send requests to:

If the issue is verified, we will either:

• send a replacement product, or
• issue a refund to your original payment method.


Items Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives visibly damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

• the product
• the packaging
• the shipping label

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Lost or Missing Shipments

Some orders are shipped using standard international mail, which may not include tracking.

Once an order has been dispatched and accepted by the postal service, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier and local postal network.

If you believe your shipment may be delayed or missing, please first check with your local postal service using your shipping reference.

If a shipment is confirmed lost after investigation, please contact us and we will review the case.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.


Incorrect Address Provided

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, EverythingStraps cannot guarantee delivery or provide a refund.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can arrange reshipping once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
