Amazfit Helio Strap to Whoop 4.0 (Nylon Strap Installation Guide)

This guide walks you through how to install the Amazfit Helio adapter onto a Whoop 4.0 regular nylon strap. The process is straightforward and does not require any tools.

Before you start

Unfasten the nylon strap completely and lay it flat on a table. Make sure the strap is not twisted and that the metal clasp is fully loosened. If the strap or adapter is damp or dusty, wipe them clean before installation.

Step 1: Insert the Amazfit Helio into the adapter

Hold the adapter with the opening facing up. Align the Amazfit Helio with the adapter cavity and press it in gently but firmly until it sits flush. The Helio should be fully seated with no visible gaps around the edges.

The fit is intentionally snug to keep the tracker secure during wear.

Step 2: Remove the strap from the clasp

Slide the free end of the nylon strap completely out of the metal clasp so the strap is fully separated. This makes it easier to thread the strap through the adapter correctly.

Step 3: Thread the nylon strap through the adapter

Take the loose end of the nylon strap and feed it through the adapter slot. Make sure the strap runs flat through the channel with no twisting. The adapter should sit centered on the strap once threaded.

At this stage, do not tighten the strap yet.

Step 4: Re-thread the strap back through the clasp

Once the strap is threaded through the adapter, guide the loose end back through the metal clasp as you normally would when wearing the strap. Pull the strap through until the adapter sits in your preferred position.

Step 5: Adjust and secure the fit

Put the strap on your wrist and tighten it to your usual fit. Check that the adapter sits flat against your wrist and that the Helio remains centered. The adapter should feel stable without any rocking or movement.

Final check before use

Move your wrist through a full range of motion and lightly tug on the strap. If the adapter stays in place and the strap feels secure, installation is complete and the setup is ready for training or daily wear.
